Tired of relying on his real estate agent not being able to rent his property, David Acosta approached us and asked if we could come up with a website with a clean, look that would help show off his property.

We took a look at the site his real estate agent had and noticed that it had a very generic look and was very busy.

We responded with a lightweight theme which serves to emphasize the images of the apartment and conveyed an image of understated sophistication. The layout needed to have an element of elegance, and still representing strength and reliability. We provided this with clever use of color, typography and shape.
